Welcome to ayodhyatourstravels.com. By accessing, browsing, booking, or using our website and any travel services provided through Ayodhya Tours & Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms, conditions, and policies set out on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or book services through us.
Purpose and accuracy of information
The information, descriptions, images, itineraries, package inclusions, pricing, and other content on this website are provided for general guidance, marketing, and planning purposes only. They are intended to help you choose and prepare for travel experiences but do not constitute a guaranteed representation of final services.
We make reasonable efforts to keep all information accurate, current, and reliable. However, due to the dynamic nature of travel operations, we cannot guarantee that every detail (including availability, schedules, prices, hotel categories, or attraction access) is accurate at all times.
Any sample itineraries, suggested routes, or travel times are approximate and for planning; actual arrangements may vary.

Bookings, confirmations, and availability
All bookings are subject to availability, third-party supplier confirmation, and the terms and conditions of the supplier (hotels, transport operators, airlines, guides, activity providers).
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation from us containing a booking reference, payment details, and the confirmed services. Until you receive that confirmation, services are not secured.
Advance payments made for bookings may be non-refundable in whole or in part as per the cancellation policy applicable to the specific package or supplier.
We recommend reviewing your booking confirmation immediately and notifying us within 24 hours of any discrepancy.
Prices, changes, and surcharges
Prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier price changes, seasonal demand, taxes, fuel surcharges, government levies, or other operational costs.
Quoted prices may not include taxes, service charges, entrance fees, optional activities, tips, or additional requirements unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to apply price adjustments, surcharges, or offer substitutions when necessary. Any price increase after booking will be communicated to you with reasons and an option to accept or cancel (as per cancellation policy).
Itinerary changes, substitutions, delays, and cancellations
Ayodhya Tours & Travels may modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel any tour, activity, or service whenever necessary for safety, operational requirements, insufficient bookings, force majeure events, adverse weather, government directives, local authority orders, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Travelers are advised to reach pickup points and meeting locations on time. Failure to do so may result in missed departures or activities for which the company is not responsible.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives if changes occur. Where alternatives are not feasible, refunds or credits may be considered according to our cancellation and refund policy.
We are not liable for additional costs you may incur as a result of itinerary changes (such as non-refundable flight tickets) unless such costs are due to our proven negligence.
Third-party suppliers and liability
We act as an intermediary and facilitator between travelers and independent third-party service providers (including hotels, transport operators, airlines, tour guides, restaurants, and activity organizers).
Except where explicitly stated, we do not own or operate these services and therefore cannot be held responsible for the actions, omissions, errors, failures, or breaches of contract by these third parties.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, theft, damage, loss of property, cancellation, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by third-party providers, including issues related to standards of service, safety, or hygiene.
The company is not responsible for loss of valuables, cash, jewelry, or personal belongings during travel; please safeguard your belongings and consider insurance.
Traveler responsibilities and documentation
Travelers must ensure they have valid, original, government-issued identification, passports, visas, permits, entry/exit documents, vaccinations, medical certificates, or other documentation required by the destination, airline, or local authorities.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify passport validity (minimum validity period required by destination), visa requirements, transit visas, return ticket requirements, and any entry restrictions. We are not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, fines, or deportation resulting from inadequate or incorrect documentation.
Travelers should check airline baggage allowances, weights, and restrictions; comply with customs, immigration, and local laws; and ensure any items transported are legal for both departure and arrival countries.
Health, fitness, and travel insurance
You should consult a medical professional before travel if you have pre-existing health conditions, require special medical equipment, or are pregnant.
Some tours, activities, or pilgrimage visits may involve physical exertion, altitude, unpredictable terrain, or limited medical access. Participation is at your own risk.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage loss or delay, personal liability, and other relevant risks. Insurance should be purchased at the time of booking.
You are responsible for carrying evidence of insurance and any medical certificates required by local authorities or service providers.
Safety, conduct, and local rules
For your safety and that of other travelers, you must follow local laws, cultural norms, public health guidance, and any instructions provided by our staff or local guides.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a traveler from a tour for behavior that endangers others, causes repeated disruption, or violates local laws or public health regulations. In such cases, no refund will be issued and any additional costs will be borne by the traveler.
Site and attraction closures, restrictions
Certain attractions, temples, pilgrimage sites, religious or cultural venues, national parks, or adventure activities may be closed, restricted, or have limited access for reasons beyond our control (holy days, maintenance, official restrictions, conservation measures, or seasonal closures).
When access is restricted or closed, we will endeavor to offer alternatives, but refunds or compensation may not be available unless required under your booking contract or consumer protection law.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment terms, advance deposits, final payment deadlines, cancellation fees, and refund policies vary by package, supplier, and booking. These terms will be provided at the time of booking and form part of your contract with us.
Refunds are subject to the terms of our suppliers and any non-refundable fees. Processing of refunds may take time due to banking procedures and supplier timelines.
If you cancel or fail to join a tour (no-show), cancellation charges will apply as specified in your booking confirmation.
Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, weather issues, strikes, or government restrictions shall be borne by the traveler unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Children, infants, and special needs
Age restrictions, special fares, or specific conditions may apply to children, infants, or senior travelers. Please inform us of the exact ages during booking.
If you or any member of your party has mobility issues, dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements, disclose these at the time of booking so we can attempt to make appropriate arrangements. While we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs, we cannot guarantee full accessibility or specific provisions unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Visa, immigration, and entry requirements
Visa processing times and requirements vary by nationality and destination. Visa approval remains the responsibility of the traveler.
We can assist with guidance and visa facilitation where offered, but we are not responsible for visa processing delays, rejections, or the accuracy of third-party advice on visa matters.
Force majeure and extraordinary events
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, epidemics or pandemics, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, government acts, port closures, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events (force majeure).
In such events we will communicate available options, which may include rescheduling, credits, or refunds per supplier and policy terms.
Claims, complaints, and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint about any part of your travel arrangements, notify the local supplier or guide immediately whenever possible so they can try to resolve the issue on the spot.
If the problem is not resolved locally, contact Ayodhya Tours & Travels promptly with full details, supporting documents, and your booking reference. Complaints received after travel should be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your booking terms.
Our liability is limited to the extent set out in the booking terms and subject to the limits and exclusions imposed by our suppliers and applicable law.
By using our website or booking any travel service with Ayodhya Tours & Travels, you agree that any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uttar Pradesh, India. All disputes shall be governed under applicable Indian laws and jurisdiction.

Safety protocols and health advisories
Travelers should stay informed about health advisories, vaccination requirements, travel advisories, and safety notices from government or international authorities prior to travel.
We may implement specific health and safety protocols (such as pre-departure health checks, temperature screenings, mask requirements, or testing) depending on destination requirements or public health conditions. Compliance is mandatory as a condition of participation.
Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, Ayodhya Tours & Travels’ liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or in connection with services provided is limited to direct losses reasonably foreseeable at the time of booking and subject to caps in our supplier contracts and applicable law.
