Varanasi is the city in the northern Indian state, Uttar Pradesh, that dates back to the 11 th century B.C. and is referred to as the spiritual center of India, with Hindu followers coming to take a bath in the sacred river, Ganges. The city has approximately 2,000 winding and narrow lanes with temples, one of which is the well known Kashi Vishwanath, or Golden Temple, which is devoted to a Hindu deity called Lord Shiva.
Ayodhya, situated in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya district, is recognized as the ancient city of the same name, celebrated as the birthplace of Lord Rama and the setting for the epic Ramayana.
A city of Uttar Pradesh is Luknow, which is the capital of northern India. At the center of it is the Rumi Darwaza, a magnificent Mughal gate. Close by is a large shrine, the Bara Imambara, of the 18 th -century, which has a large arched hall. Most importantly, above it, the Bhool Bhulaiya, a system of small lanes, provides urban views on the higher levels. Immediately adjacent to it is the beautiful Husainabad Clock Tower which was erected in 1881 in honor of triumph.

Detailed Day-by-Day Travel Plan
Day 1: Arrival in Varanasi
Arrive at Varanasi Railway Station or Airport and check into your hotel. In the evening, visit Ganga Ghat to experience the captivating Ganga Aarti at Dasaswamedh Ghat. Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 2: Exploring Varanasi
You can start your day by taking a peaceful boat ride on the Ganges in a quiet sunrise and then spend your day in a religious tour of the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple and other temples in and around the area. Following breakfast, visit several temples in half a day, including Bharat Mata (Mother India) Mandir, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple and the new Vishwanath Temple. Then proceed to Sarnath, which was an important Buddhist place.
Day 3: Varanasi to Prayagraj
Breakfast at the hotel and then travel to Prayagraj. On arrival, check in to the hotel. If not, spend the day sightseeing in Prayagraj and explore some of its most important places of interest, such as Triveni Sangam, Mahavir Temple, Anand Bhavan, and so forth. Rest overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Prayagraj to Ayodhya
After the breakfast, go to Ayodhya. On arrival, check in into your hotel. Visit sacred sites later on including the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, the Kanak Bhawan, the Karsevakpuram, the Tulsi Smarak, the Hanuman Garhi and the banks of Saryu River. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Ayodhya to Naimisharanya & Lucknow
After breakfast, motor to Naimisharanya. Tour religious locations such as Tirth Chakra, Hanuman Gaddi, Vyas Gaddi and Lalita Devi Temple. Then go to Lucknow and spend one night there.
